The RnD environment serves as the first story-based level to the game, players receive their weapons and the first piece of the artifact in this level.
I was responsible for modelling, texturing, and detail set dressing the environment. I also set dressed the Quarter Master's office myself and majority of Simon's office myself too.
Our level designer set up the lighting for the scene and also did a significant amount of the set dressing for the level.
This was the fourth level that I modelled for the game, and due to its large open areas and complex design I utilised modular panels to make up the various wall segments, which helped with speed and consistency in size and scale.
The environment and assets were modelled and textured using Maya, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
And was rendered in Unity.
